EU Customs Update

From 1 July 2026, EU customs will introduce a new €3 charge on orders under €150 shipped from outside the EU. In some cases, orders with different product types may have more than one charge added.

This is a customs fee set by the EU and is separate from VAT and shipping.

We’ll always aim to keep things as clear and simple as possible for you.

Please note: aesene is not responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs. We are also unable to provide refunds for orders that are refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.

If you have questions, please contact your local customs office.
