Returns
We totally understand that sometimes you might change your mind about something you’ve bought from us. That’s why, subject to these terms, we allow returns for a full refund within twenty eight (28) days of the date you received the items from us.

UK CUSTOMERS - In order to start your return, please follow the following steps.
- Visit the aesene returns portal to initiate your return.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose your return method.
Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund.
ROTW - Please return your parcel with the service of your choice (we recommend using a tracked service) to the following address.

We ask that all returned items meet the following requirements:
- Unwashed and unworn
- Original hangtags attached
- Not be an excluded product (see below)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to inspect returns. If an item appears worn or washed, we may decline the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once received, your return will be inspected. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for processing, especially during busy periods. When approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear on your statement.

Returns beyond 28 days will not be refunded. In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer a gift card instead. We reserve the right to return any item that falls outside our return conditions.
